MANAGEMENT AND OFFICE PERSONEL
Good with public. Friendly/outgoing personality.
College education with Spanish as second language.
Ability to use Microsoft windows programs such as Power Point, Excel, Word, Office, etc.
Ability to use banking and bookkeeping programs such as Quicken, Money and Bookkeeper.
Ability to fill out and file wrecker reports required by the State of Washington.
Familiar with makes and models of vehicles and their associated parts.
Knowledge of and the ability to use the Hollander Interchange program.
Ability to use hand held scanner device to take and maintain inventory.
Familiar with bar coding.
Knowledge of used car sales.
MECHANICAL/OUTSIDE YARD POSITIONS
Good with public. Friendly/outgoing personality. Spanish as second language.
ASE mechanic with knowledge in all phases of car repair including electrical.
Familiar with makes and models of vehicles and their associated parts.
Ability to remove tires and rims from vehicles using air impact tools.
Knowledge of and the ability to use various tire changers for cars and trucks.
Knowledge of and the ability to use various wheel balancers.
Knowledge of and the ability to operate fork lifts, loaders and car crushers.
Mechanical ability to pull parts from cars safely and in sellable condition.
Hulk haulers must have good driving record and at least 3 years experience.
Have experience in car auctions, both private and open to the public.
Need to be able to tolerate all types of weather.
