Astro Auto Wrecking, LLC was formed in late 2001 after its founders, Leo and Sherry McMilian, discovered that there was
a great need for the recycling of metals obtained from wrecked and discarded cars, pickups, suv's, trucks, containers, and other types of scrap metal products. Starting from their home office in Maple Valley, Washington, as a hulk hauler, Leo soon found himself involved in the wrecking yard business. From this meger beginning the company has grown into four wrecking yards, with two located in the state of Washington and two located in the State of Idaho where Leo was born and raised. They are now looking to the Internet to broaden the landscape for the business as well as to educate those around them about the need to move quickly into the area of alternative fueled vehicles.
